the room was clean and quite spacious. the hotel location was good, only a short walk from the city centre. the staff were very friendly there.
when i booked it said 2 queen beds and it was infact 2 double beds. the bin wasn't emptied from previous customer. it gave the feeling of being unclean, which i didn't like. the tv only worked on one channel too.

solid riverside stay

large windowcoffee selectionspacious bathroomhair dryer
My room on the 7th floor featured a large window overlooking the river! it provided coffee, tea, and water, though a greater variety would have been nice. the bathroom was spacious. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer were available.
checking in was my least favorite part. i arrived back with very tired kids from exploring all day at 14:40 and was told my room wasn't ready and to come back at 3pm! there were bags everywhere behind reception, so it wasn't just me.
